An ENTIRE four bedroom house ALL TO YOURSELF in gorgeous Hyde Park. This rare gem is tucked just a street away from King William and the route to the city- an incredible location! Fully furnished and uniquely styled with FREE WiFi, parking and a quaint and cozy outdoor rear yard, this property really has a unique holiday vibe just waiting for you to experience. Cafes and restaurants are just minutes away amongst other shopping treasures. A short drive to the tram to both the city or Glenelg.  
  
Spacious for 4, roomy for 6, accommodates a maximum of 8.  
  
Welcome to ‘The Oxford’. This gorgeous old-world charming, stylish and comfortable house is the perfect choice if you are looking to explore all the treasures of Adelaide. Located on Oxford Street in Hyde Park, The Oxford is in the calm of the streets just outside the well known restaurants, popular cafes and of course shops- on the city fringe this one says location, location, location!   
  
Upon arrival at The Oxford, you’ll immediately feel as though you\`re at home and ready to enjoy all that the city fringe has to offer. Entry into our home is via lockbox for ease of access 24 hours.  
  
This beautiful piece of history meeting modern style has been detailed to the highest of standards for a truly special space and stay. Our living is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV on the sofas, taking in the sunshine through the large living room windows, or just simply kicking back to some tunes or with a good book while you relax- sounds like the stuff holidays are made of.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat at our dining table and enjoy a meal with friends or make the neighbors jealous with the smell of a freshly grilled dinner straight off the barbeque.  
  
Enjoy some little pieces of history as you wander about a truly beautiful home, enriched with old world charm in some of its features without skimping on the comforts and delights of the modern day home.  
  
The master suite is king size, offering tranquil decor, side tables, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. There is both hanging space and draws for your convenience. Additional rooms include Queen beds and one with two singles to cater for all types of guests and their needs. All of them feature luxurious bedding that offers the ultimate in comfort and quality.  
  
There are two bathrooms on site. One central bathroom with vanity, sink, shower and toilet. The second bathroom is integrated with the laundry and features a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.  
  
You’ll be delighted at every turn by the natural flow of the decor, styling pieces and beautiful charm in this unique home. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this masterpiece all to yourself, we would love to have you.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.  
  
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.  
  
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
