They are the original century old stables that have been fully restored with an edgy and contemporary feel, large enough to sleep a family. The house was beautiful and was a great space for myself and bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. There were however a few quirks with the property that I would love to have been aware of before booking. To access one of the second bedroom, you need to walk through the first bedroom - a bit inconvenient for our group of 6 adults (3 couples). One of the bedrooms does not have any heating - we were told the rooms had heating. It was fine when under the covers at night, but cold at all other times. The fuse blows when a hair dryer or kettle is put on - a bit of a pain when you want to dry your hair or make a cup of tea (we couldn't completely boil the water in the kettle). The single toilet listed is an outhouse. There was lots of hair on the spare blanket so not sure that was cleaned before our stay - I had to pull it off before using it. ##### Chidi H.
