A short stroll down the garden path from the on-site parking. Enjoy ocean views through the trees and peaceful surroundings in this newly renovated, light, fresh, and natural apartment, featuring floorboards throughout its two bedrooms. Upon arrival at The Byron you’ll immediately immerse in the coastal holiday feel. 24 hour access using the keylock located near the front door entrance. Off street parking available for one vehicle and ample on street parking on a secure quiet street. Fully equipped with smart TV, Hi speed Wifi, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Beautifully renovated and furnished throughout to bring the Byron Bay vibes to Kingston Park. Fresh and natural floorboards throughout, fully equipped kitchen including basic pantry items. It was great for our family of 5 adults with the three bedrooms with queen beds in each. The beds were really comfortable. It is in a great location - quiet and close to the beach. Even though there is only one bathroom, there is a separate toilet and sink in the laundry so it was almost like 2 bathrooms - important when there are 5 adults. The only slightly negative thing was from the bedroom my husband and I were in we could hear the people next door as we shared a wall - they were early risers!
