Enter our house via a state of the art electronic keypad, for ease of access 24 hours. We have garaged, undercover parking for one vehicle on site. Our open plan kitchen, living and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the couch with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book. There is a second sitting room with work desk for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a gas cooktop, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils and wine glasses! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 6 seater dining, or alternatively our sofa is perfect for relaxing with friends. Our house has three bedrooms. The master and third bedroom have queen sized beds, comfortable bedding, vintage wash linens and blinds. A third bedroom has a double bed. There are built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes. There is a cosy ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, under basin storage and towel rails. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, separate toilet, vanity and under basin storage. Laundry facilities are available with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
