This modern apartment offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Please note the 2 bathrooms only have bathtubs and sinks and there is only 1 separate toilet. It also has a courtyard, a perfect spot to lounge and enjoy a breath of fresh air. Say goodbye to the hassle of searching for parking and rest easy having your own spot waiting for you as this property has a garage that can fit 1 car and another car can also fit on the driveway. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking.
