Offering a harmonious blend of contemporary design and coastal allure, this townhouse is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Step inside to discover an open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. This design creates a welcoming and versatile environment, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Retreat to the privacy of three generously sized bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate. The master bedroom features a balcony overlooking the Marina. Pamper yourself with a relaxing soak in the bathtub or invigorate your senses in the refreshing shower. There is also a second toilet downstairs. Rest easy knowing that your vehicle is safe and secure with the included carpark for 1 car. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge. We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
