The main bedroom has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower recess while the second bedroom has built in. Open plan living comprises of a modern practical kitchen complete with dishwasher, gas cooktop/oven, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge. This also features a study nook upstairs area, a separate laundry in garage area, a private rear yard, an undercover alfresco area, and a lock up remote control garage with internal access which can fit 2 cars.
