Fully furnished & beautifully styled it has everything you need to make this your home away from home. Located in the West End of town only steps away from incredible bars, restaurants, open gardens & the famous Adelaide Central Markets its and ideal base for your Adelaide adventure! SYLO Luxury Apartments are brand new and very spacious. They feature lots of natural light thanks to the lightwell and 3m high ceilings! All 3 apartments are identical and offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, butler’s pantry, large outdoor balcony with outdoor kitchen, office space, large store room, full laundry and 2 secure off-street car parks. All SYLO Apartments are incredibly safe and accessed via a private lift directly to your floor from a beautiful lobby. FEATURES: · Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating. · 65-inch Smart TV in main living space. · Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi. · 55-inch smart TV in master bedroom. · Fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, DeLonghi Lattissima Nespresso pod coffee machine · Laundry with washing machine and dryer. · 3 metre high ceilings · Outdoor entertaining area with built in kitchen / EURO bbq & wine fridge · 2 x secure off-street underground carparks. · All linen provided. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. Awesome property (very secure) and location... walking distance approx 20 minutes into Adelaide Rundle Mall etc. 2 minutes walk to a couple of really nice pubs, coffee shops, convenience store and park.
