Great property if needing secure location for Pets as its fully fenced and secure. We can accommodate large work vehicles, light trucks and trailers by prior Arrangement. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY at any time without prior arrangement as it is for our neighbours use only $100 fee is charged per day the vehicle is on the property BEDROOM 1: with a Queen Sized Bed and full sized Built In robes.Ceiling fan ADD BEDROOM 2: One King single and Single Bed with pull out trundle. Ceiling fan, chest drawers, clothes hanging rack. ADD DOUBLE SOFA BED in LIVING ROOM: This is a comfortable inner spring mattress and will sleep a couple or a single, and this will be made available for you upon request along with all towels, bed linen and pillows for two people. The additional fee for this service is $50 KITCHEN: Has Stove with Oven , Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, Some Basic supplies are provided, Coffee, Tea, Sugar,Milk DINING AREA: with seating for 5 people LOUNGE AREA: With TV ( no Free to air channel ) Smart TV with streaming servcies. It was not communicated until the day of check in that there are people living in a camper trailer directly out front the house. The only way to access the house is to go through a gate in between camper trailer and house, so we had to take all of our things past these people as they were usually outside having a cigarette. Although I had booked and paid for 3 weeks I moved out after 4 nights because myself and my child felt unsafe. I had to call 000 on the 3rd night due to a female screaming like she was being attacked and a heap of banging on the fence (like she was being thrown into the fence) directly out of my bedroom window. Had no idea if it was someone staying or acquainted with people in the camper trailer or someone random - it went on for about 10 mins hence why I called 000\. Bathroom door not hinged properly and door gets stuck and kids can't open it or close it, I have to help or they get stuck in bathroom. Toilet roll holder keeps on falling to the ground, bathroom towel rail not secure. NO FREE TO AIR TV, why I don't get it. Ripped skin of my hands trying to open the gate to park my car in the driveway overnight. The large gas element on the stove was hardly working with little flame, I had to fix that. I also cannot for the life of me understand why we cant have visitors. I would have liked to invite my sister over for dinner but NO Visitors. Rules are harsh and strict with penalties if broken. Its more like a bording school than a holiday house. Your to busy worrying about the rules than enjoying your stay. It did say if you leave a good review you get a gift, guess I'm not getting one for being honest. Would I stay there again, NO WAY, wasted my money. Does not even compare to the previous holiday houses I stayed it. ##### John E.
