Dover Cottage is a lovely renovated coastal shack is perfect for your next holiday getaway. The layout features a welcoming front living room, ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day out and about.

The main bedroom includes a queen bed with views to the bush! The second bedroom features a double/single bunkbed with ample room for multiple guests.

At the heart of the home, you’ll find a functional kitchen equipped with a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, all overlooking a spacious dining and family room. Cozy up by the wood combustion heater on cooler evenings.

Step outside to your private heated swimming pool and garden area, ideal for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. The home also includes WIFI for your use, along with a washing machine and dryer.

The Aldinga Conservation Park is right across the road, ready for you to explore, Aldinga Beach just a quick stroll away – you will never run out of things to do.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet neighborhood, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
