Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb. Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately). Laundry contains a doggy door for small dogs. Nice sized yard with grass area and side gate so the dogs are secure in the yard. Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip. 2 bedrooms but accommodates a max. of 6 guests. On the cusp of the CBD parklands & a 15-min drive to the Adelaide Hills. Great restaurants, pubs & supermarkets all within a couple of hundred metres. The house is spacious, comfortable and modern with a large living area including a 5-seater couch and 75" smart TV with the full suite of streaming services. Plenty of outdoor space for entertaining including outdoor table, chairs and barbeque. Bedrooms located upstairs and living downstairs. His home is extremely comfortable and well appointed. My wife was extremely impressed with how clean it was. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery stores and the CBD. It was also easy to get out of Adelaide for touring the region.
