Welcome to Gloucester Street, Prospect — a stylish and comfortable two-bedroom apartment perfectly positioned just minutes from the Adelaide CBD and surrounded by some of the city’s best cafés, restaurants, gyms and local amenities.

The measurements for the sofa bed are 196cm x 82cm. Due to the L-shaped design and fixed head section (long part), the sofa bed does not open fully into a perfectly flat 196 cm sleeping surface. The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests, though it is most comfortable for 5, especially when using the sofa bed for long periods.

This is a quiet residential tower. We strictly prohibit parties, smoking, or any gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors. Non-compliance with our regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any damage or extra cleaning.  
  
Long Stays: For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $150\. For extended stay, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property, keeping it in tip condition throughout your stay.
