The second level is where everyone naturally comes together. Light-filled living and dining spaces wrap around an open-plan kitchen, making it easy to cook, gather, and unwind. Sliding doors lead to a covered main balcony for morning coffee or relaxed meals, while a second balcony on the opposite side offers another outdoor spot to step out and reset. The third level is reserved for rest. The primary bedroom features a super king bed and private ensuite, creating a calm retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms sit alongside it—one with a queen bed and another with two single beds—with the queen bedroom opening to its own private balcony. This level also includes a dedicated workspace for work or study, along with the main bathroom for added convenience. On the first level, the fourth bedroom with a queen bed offers added separation, ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. A bathroom and laundry on this level add convenience, particularly for longer stays. Across all levels, central heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, with secure garage parking available for up to two cars. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
