CCTV operates 24/7 in all common areas and is monitored by the building committee. 2\. The building does not permit commercial or illegal activities. 3\. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and minimise noise, especially in shared areas. 4\. We weren’t there to watch tv but the night we did the signal/reception was terrible, unwatchable. Maybe improve that if I could think of something. Overall very impressed. Side note for apartment; The pool area of the building was pretty dirty, the glass window along pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. ##### keegan h.
