Enjoy open-plan living, a private courtyard with BBQ and dining, and all the modern comforts of home—all within a 15-minute stroll from Rundle Mall, the Central Market, and leafy Eastern Parklands. With cafés, shops, and transport links an easy stroll away, it\`s the perfect city base for a relaxed group stay. Set within a gated complex, this ground-floor apartment combines comfort, style and practicality — perfect for those travelling with children or friends. The bright, open living area welcomes you with an L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV and soft natural light, making it a cosy spot to relax after a day out. The well-appointed kitchen includes an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and generous bench space — ideal for preparing simple meals at home, while a round dining table provides a lovely setting for shared meals. Split-type heating and cooling keep you comfortable year-round. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, plus its own split-system air conditioner. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ambient lighting, and a calming reading nook, while the third bedroom offers two king single beds along with a clothes rack and cosy styling. Through the bedrooms, head out to the private courtyard, complete with an alfresco dining table and a BBQ — perfect for evening meals or weekend brunches in the fresh air. The bathroom is modern and family-friendly with dual sinks, a shower-over-bath (ideal for young children), and a tucked-away laundry with a washer and dryer. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, a secure undercover parking space, and thoughtful, stylish décor throughout. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
