The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and kitchenwares! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 4 seater dining. Our apartment has one queen and one double bedroom with comfortable bedding and vintage wash linens. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
