Step into this beautifully designed townhouse, set across three well-appointed levels in central Adelaide. This home is just a two-minute walk from local cafés and shops, making it incredibly convenient whether you\`re stepping out for breakfast or picking up essentials. The ground floor provides private entry via the secure garage, offering direct indoor access for added convenience. On the top floor, the open-plan living space welcomes you with abundant natural light and city views. Relax on the large L-shaped sofa while enjoying your favourite shows or reading in the sunshine. The convertible sofa accommodates two additional guests. Sliding glass doors lead to a generous balcony with a BBQ, outdoor seating for four, and a leafy outlook over the neighbourhood rooftops. The modern kitchen features ample prep space, quality appliances, and all you need to cook at home—including a full-sized fridge, gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. It opens onto a six-seat dining area, perfect for shared meals or casual mornings. On the floor below, both bedrooms offer queen beds, built-in wardrobes, and individual split-system heating and cooling for comfort. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite with a glass-framed shower, while the second bedroom offers a small outdoor seating area and is adjacent to the main bathroom featuring a combined bath and shower. A dedicated workspace makes remote work or study a breeze. There’s also a full laundry with washer and dryer. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
