Tucked behind a classic stone façade, this charming retreat offers a blend of timeless style and relaxed, beachy vibes. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front verandah, then unwind inside where the main living room offers two comfy sofas, a Smart TV with streaming apps, a curated bookshelf, and ultimate comfort via split-system air conditioning. The second living room doubles as a children’s retreat with toys, books, a queen-size sofa bed, and a portable heater for cooler months.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a double-door fridge, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother for your morning coffee. Nearby, the dining area opens directly to the garden, inviting in fresh air and peaceful views—an ideal setting for leisurely meals.

Step outside to the backyard, where a spacious lawn and an alfresco dining area await. Whether you`re enjoying a casual meal at the outdoor setting, playing games on the grass, or unwinding under the covered patio with a wine barrel table and dartboard, this area is perfect for relaxation.

Each bedroom offers a calm, boutique-style escape with queen beds, soft lighting, fresh linen, and built-in wardrobes. A decorative fireplace in one adds a touch of character. Two modern bathrooms feature walk-in showers and quality amenities, with the second bathroom also housing a washer—ideal for longer stays.

Secure off-street parking for up to three cars is available in the gated driveway, with additional street parking nearby. Please note that a locked granny flat at the rear of the property is unavailable for guest use.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

This was an excellent and comfortable house. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was big and well equipped and the living areas were great. One thing to think about is to provide pedestal fans in the bedrooms. They were very hot and there was no air movement during the nights. Sleeping was difficult due to the heat. Adelaide is known for its extended heat waves and fans are needed. The fold out bed was great and we needed it but there was no bedding items/sheets provided. This back room was intensely hot. A fan is needed too.However, we had a great stay and overall the house was great.
