Perfectly located beach house with easy access to public transport to the city CBD. The house was comfortable for the whole family. The fur babies had a large enclosed backyard. The host was easy to communicate with and very accomodating for a short notice change in numbers.

Having a time in the area we grew up again as kids was special and in a home that resembled what Grange was and still is with modern touches was very special- To be able to take out Whippet with us was priceless. The hosts were very accommodating and have to say the supplies in house exceeded anything we have seen before, great local shops to eat and the Grange hotel is a 60 second walk if that , Huge thanks from The McKenzie family . would stay again for sure.

Our family group all found their sleeping arrangements very comfortable and the house is well set up to accommodate all for meals and indoors activities especially the jigsaw puzzle! We stayed at Charlie's place over Christmas and hosted dinner on Christmas Eve for 18 of our family members. The house is just beautiful and was perfect for our stay. Well equipped kitchen, lovely gardens, gorgeous bedrooms and a stone's throw from Grange Beach. Highly recommended.

Had a great week with family here. Close to beach shops etc. accommodation as described in listing although the main bathroom was located off the main living areas and away from the other two large bedrooms. Everything was catered for with a lovely area outside.

Perfect for our golf trip to Adelaide with a great location and comfortably fitting a large group of friends, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a well presented house with everything you need for a getaway! Fantastic cannot fault, very tidy, clean had everything we needed for a relaxing and perfect holiday for our whole family including our dogs. Perfect location, close to shops, and a short drive to the city and hills. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and a nice cafe for ice cream or meals. Great communication. Will definitely be back. Absolutely beautiful. Just a minute walk to coffee shops and food. The jetty is 5 minutes walk and a must see at sunset. It is fully self contained with all the extras like washing powder,fabric softener and toiletries. There were lots of items already in the pantry which was great considering we had children. It’s a beautiful quiet area to stay. I would definitely book this property again.

The location is excellent, within a very short walk to the beach, jetty, local restaurants and bakery on the corner. The location has everything you need but is also only a short drive from the airport (~12 minutes) or the city and botanical gardens. The house was very clean with lots of thoughtful amenities. My little girls (3 and 6) loved the games and books available and the cubby house in the safe and enclosed backyard which is visible from the entertaining part of the house. The owner provides great communication and the checkin process was faultless. A really lovely property with everything you need to eat-in or so close to lots of great restaurants if you'd prefer to enjoy the local food spots on offer. We'd be very happy to stay here again in the future.
