Welcomed by a private leafy courtyard to absorb the local vibe with a cocktail or coffee, you’ll love how you can be so close to the action, yet so secure in this private spot. Set up to work remotely, with indoor pool, it’s the perfect place to visit for work, friends, family or simply be a tourist. This hidden escape is a refuge of comfort, privacy and ease. In a large apartment complex yet with its own private entrance, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the seclusion behind the raised garden bed that protects you from overseers when you’re relaxing in the paved courtyard or enjoying a barbecue. Inside is stylish with its modern plush couch, vogue armchair, glass coffee table and wide-screen smart TV, while offering a setting for 4 on the glass dining table, and an office desk with power points underneath. The kitchen wraps around the edge of the living space, featuring a gold metallic mosaic splashback, stainless steel appliances, integrated Fisher and Paykel dish drawer, a fridge, an espresso machine and is stocked up with herbs, condiments, oils and vinegar so you only need to buy your essentials. The bedroom is framed by frosted glass panels for absolute privacy. It features a king size bed, built in robes and the finest of linens and extra pillows.
