You’ll be just minutes from some of Adelaide’s best attractions. Enjoy a 10-minute drive to the iconic Adelaide Oval for major sporting events and concerts, or head into the CBD for shopping along Rundle Mall and dining on Gouger Street.

    The spacious open-plan living and dining area brings everyone together with a comfortable, oversized lounge, large TV, and an eight-seat dining table for shared meals. Ducted heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, while wide openings connect effortlessly to the outdoor entertaining space. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, including an oven, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine, and generous bench space. Servery windows open directly onto the outdoor breakfast bar, creating an effortless connection between the kitchen and patio. The covered patio features a dining table, bar stools beneath the servery, a barbecue, and a grassy backyard; perfect for relaxed afternoons, casual dinners, or unwinding after a day discovering nearby cafés, markets, and city attractions.

    The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite featuring a shower, vanity, and toilet. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and ample storage, providing comfortable accommodation for family or friends. A second living room offers added flexibility with a queen sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee. The main bathroom features a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, while the full-size laundry is equipped with a washing machine, sink, and outdoor wash lines.

    Parking includes space for one vehicle in the driveway, plus a secure garage accommodating two additional cars. Note that all fireplaces are only decorative and not functional.
    Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

    $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

    CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

    LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

    LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
