The Space: This is a four-bedroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for family holidays or group stays with friends looking to enjoy a relaxed getaway together. The shared living areas are well laid out, with a spacious lounge that works well for gathering, relaxing, watching TV or spending time together. The overall layout is practical and comfortable, allowing multiple guests to share the space easily without feeling crowded. Other Things to Note: Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges. Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours.
