Adelaide 5 Star Luxury Pool Villa Apartment at Hollidge House

  • Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge in 1880.

    Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a couple of minutes from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills.

    Our largest apartment, The Pool Villa, featuring a private beautifully landscaped courtyard with a private in-ground pool (open seasonally) plus large kitchen and bathroom, with claw-foot bath.

    NOTE: Accommodates a maximum of 3 guests only - king bed and a pullout ottoman single bed

- Respect our neighbours, other guests and myself by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm - No shoes in the apartment especially in wet weather
- No outside guests permitted on the grounds without my prior consent, especially with regards to the use of the pool
- Dishes must be washed and put away. Please empty dishwasher and remove all rubbish to appropriate bins prior to your checkout
