Adelaide 5 Star Luxury Pool Villa Apartment at Hollidge House
Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge in 1880.
Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a couple of minutes from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills.
Our largest apartment, The Pool Villa, featuring a private beautifully landscaped courtyard with a private in-ground pool (open seasonally) plus large kitchen and bathroom, with claw-foot bath.
NOTE: Accommodates a maximum of 3 guests only - king bed and a pullout ottoman single bed

Fantastic dog friendly property
The apartment has everything needed for great stay. Exceptionally presented and mantained. Quality kitchen facilities, nice lounge area and the bed is amazing! The outdoor pool area is the cherry on top! The property is a credit to the host. Highly recommended.

Property is gorgeous - larger than it looked in the photos. Its both private and quiet as well as close to the city and all amenities.Property is nicely appointed throughout with well thought out permanent fittings as well as decor.Peter is welcoming, accommodating and friendly if you need his assistance. The property is one of the best and cosiest I’ve ever staid on. The level of detail is impressive.
