This striking 4-bedroom villa has contemporary and stylish décor throughout, as well as chic outdoor seating overlooking the stunning views over Costa Adeje coastline. This superb view means you'll only be a 5 minute drive from the centre of Costa Adeje with its fashionable shops and a variety of restaurants. The Blue Flag Playa Fanabe Beach with its calm, shallow waters and soft sand is only a 10 minutes' drive away from the villa. Pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi is included.
Set on the hillside, Villa Del Conde is a terraced property, with both the Gran Sur commercial centre and Siam Mall within a 5 minutes' drive. For family adventures, Siam Park and Aqualand waterpark are only 5 minutes' drive away. What's more, the golden sandy beaches of Playa Fanabe and Torviscas are only 10 minutes' drive and so is Puerto Colon Marina. From here, the boats depart daily for whale and dolphin spotting. Villa Del Conde is an ideal base with everything within reach to make it a great choice for your villa holiday.
