  • Casa Bella Vista, just 20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport, is a serene villa in San Eugenio Alto offering stunning views of the Southern Tenerife coastline, the Atlantic Ocean, and La Gomera. Its location provides easy access to Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos, Adeje, and San Eugenio, making it ideal for shopping, dining, beaches, and entertainment.



    Designed for luxury and inclusivity, the villa is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps and a lift across its three levels. It accommodates up to eight guests across four suites, including a Master Suite with a private terrace, superking-size bed, dressing room, and luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi. Three additional suites feature en-suite bathrooms, while communal spaces include a spacious lounge and modern kitchen.



    Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private heated infinity pool, BBQ area, and two expansive terraces. The villa blends modern architecture, premium materials, and advanced technology for a stylish, comfortable retreat.



    The top floor houses the Master Suite and a second bedroom with ocean views. The middle floor features an open-plan lounge with a large TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two additional bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to terraces and the pool. The ground floor offers a gym, spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a wide-screen TV, music system, and a laundry room with high-quality appliances.
