About this property

Winter Offer -Perfect for your vacations. Free Wifi, beach 3 minutes

  • Nice and cozy studio located in one of the best areas of Costa Adeje. Fully equipped to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Tenerife. It is located in a small complex with beautiful gardens, heated pool, pool bar and parking. A sun as 2/3 minutes from the beach (Torviscas and Fanabe), with access to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops, medical ...

Tourism in the area is very extensive:
Beaches and sun, water sports, bike rental, skateboards, large outdoor malls, water parks (SIAM PARK), theme parks, bars and restaurants ....
If on the other hand prefer to enjoy the nature of Tenerife, is a strategic place to enjoy all of it about renting a car. Enjoy all the rural tourism offered by the island, returning in the evening to a comfortable and communicated apartment where temperatures are 25/35 throughout the year.

Nice property in great location.

The propert was clean and very central for bars and restaurants. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartment is quite basic, but has everything you could need for a stay, including a washing machine. Although close to some entertainment, the complex is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent helpful hosts

Wonderful location for bars, eating and beach. Layout of studio makes it feel very spacious with plenty room for us as a couple. Lovely outdoor space with sun from 11.30 to 4.30 in January. Hosts respond very quickly and were extremely helpful when our return flight was cancelled at the last minute. Thank-you Javier and Ana

Perfect

Check in with Javier was easy and communication throughput was excellent. The apartment was as advertised, clean but well stocked. Perfect for what we were looking for. Location is in the heart of the action. A 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants and on the beach 2 minutes after that. Would highly recommend if you want to be close to the action and cannot speak highly enough of Javier and Ana

Little gem

We enjoyed a lovely week at the studio apartment in April. Sun on terrace from about 11.15 through to early evening. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the over bath shower delivered a decent stream of power. It is perfectly situated in proximity to pool/bar area which was relatively quiet. Food in bar very nice and reasonably priced. We would have no hesitation in booking again and would definitely recommend. It is exactly as described. Ana and Javier were the perfect hosts.

Lovely studio in a great location

This studio was perfect for us. It's on a lovely quiet complex with all the amenities and the beach just a few minutes walk away. The terrace is a real suntrap. We stayed in February, the sun was on the terrace from about 11am to 4pm (this may be longer in summer), there's also a sunny communal pool area and bar serving food. The studio was clean and had everything that we needed. The family who own the studio were really helpful. Good communication throughout. We would definitely like to return.
