"Never stayed in a better hotel - the vibes were incredible! It’s such quiet luxury and the staff CANNOT do enough for you! There is no pressure to do anything, it’s calm literally everywhere you go & it never felt busy at all. Breakfast options were amazing & the food when we ate in restaurants was also amazing! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back"

"We have not given a 5 star for the following reasons: - No quiet pool/areas in hotel for adults only. This would be easy to do with the pool on one of the levels. - Breakfast very busy and had to wait in line for several minutes for table. - On first day at breakfast we were not introduced to how things worked, just left to figure it out. - At breakfast sometimes tea/coffee arrived and sometimes it did not. - As a 5 star hotel I would have expected a fresh omelette station at breakfast. - Design of hotel has flaws … as quite a few apartments have their own private pool or hot tub I think there is the assumption that theses will be used to free up the main pools for apartments without private pools but this is not the case as we stayed directly above apartments with private pools and private pools were hardly used with those families going to the main pools thus meaning that there was the age old problem of limited sun beds and bed blockers with towels and no supervision of this. Pools too small for size of hotel with not enough beds. Not a 5 star hotel in our opinion."

"The apartments are huge with large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster all in excellent condition. We had a three bedroom apartment which had so much space and storage. Balcony looking out over the sea had 6 sunbeds and table and chairs for 8 with still loads of space! Entertainment team of Emma, Nicola and Dianna helped make the holiday with their fun and enthusiasm. Large resort so does mean some rooms are quite a bit from the pool but the views are worth it. Friendly helpful staff on reception also."

"Our stay, was exceptional from start to finish. To be greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne, and selecting a room fragrance is a perfect start. Having private access to the pool was nice to enable a cool dip during the warm afternoons. The spacious terrace was well-furnished with decent sunbeds, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. There is a great selection of high-quality breakfast products, including several sourdough bread options and plenty of seeds, nuts, fresh fruit, and yoghurt for the health-conscious, plus a good variety of cooked options. The minor gripes for us: Firstly, not the hotels fault, there were the odd inconsiderate guests who felt the need to be heard by everyone or to use a mobile phone on hands free in a restaurant. We used to hotel shuttle to dine at Il Bocconcino one evening and informed both the concierge and the shuttle driver that we were dining there. We were dropped at the main hotel reception and told we had to walk outside, along the road, to the reception other end of the complex. The driver could have dropped us at the other reception (driver drove past us) or we could have been offered the internal shuttle. This could be a real inconvenience in the height of summer when trekking down the road in eveningwear, when you'll be sitting outside with no aircon. Beyond those minor details, it remains an absolute sanctuary for a couples' getaway in Costa Adeje, and would definitely return."
