It is also good for people with mobility issues. It is on the ground floor as you walk in the front door, yet it is raised up one level from the pool at the balcony end. The apartment is also The Space: Benimar 13 – Two Bedroom is located in a peaceful residential area of Costa Adeje in Tenerife. It offers easy access to excellent restaurants and bars, with Playa Fanabe and the upscale Del Duque area within walking distance. The triple balcony provides a delightful view of the pool and comes furnished with a patio table, 6 chairs, and a sun lounger, along with a convenient sun awning for shade. As you step inside, one set of patio doors leads you to the comfortably furnished lounge, featuring a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, a wifi internet router, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, boasting an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster.
