"Stayed for a couple of nights in the cottage next to main hotel, room lovely and warm. Had breakfasts and dinner both perfectly happy with, this is our third stay there when visiting family."

"This is a budget hotel. My room was only £35 so my expectations were not very high and I was prepared to put up with whatever. But in many ways I was pleasantly surprised. They had a secure place to keep my bicycle overnight which is very important to me. The room was clean and prepared with fresh towels etc. The only two reasons I didn't give 5 stars is that there was no hot water. As the reception was only staffed for a few hours I found out too late to ask anyone for help. My second point is that a five a clock check in time is really a bit late. But then I knew that when I booked."

"Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Nice large car park. Still not doing breakfast ,and no reasteront. Lots of takeaways close by and you can eat it in the bar."

"Bedrooms were a little bit dated. Bathrooms were refurbished. Very nice. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner coffee stains on the wall. Staff were very helpful. The Dune bar could’ve done with small staff. They were rushed off their feet."
