"House was exactly what we needed for a stay. We arrived in town a little early and the host was able to accommodate. Would absolutely recommend!"

"This rental would have been nice if everything was functioning as it should be. Upon arriving the first night the fridge didn't work. I sent a message over around 10:30 p.m. I heard back about 6 hours later. The next day was Thanksgiving and we were offered a full refund if we chose to leave. Being that it was a holiday that was not possible. After buying ice and getting coolers we still had to throw food away. Nothing could be left out due to the roaches in the kitchen. Not being able to take any leftovers home or eat them the next day was a real waste of money for us. In general the home could use a deep cleaning and minor things fixed. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. Outside of all that we made the best of it and we did receive a small refund."

"The house was very clean inside, all of the rooms have been redone and are nice. The house had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is no outside amenities like outdoor furniture but the front porch did have a chair and table. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but there is a busy street one house away and a fire station across the street from that so there is some outside noise. The location was convenient to both Dallas and Waxahachie were we spent most of our time."
