"The overall quality was very poor. My room had multiple stains on the carpet and walls. The smell was bad, the couch was old, dirty, and falling apart. the overall stay was very uncomfortable. I decided not to stay in the room, even though I paid for it."

"Rhe forst thing we noticed was rhe smell of the hotel. As soon as you walk in you get punched in the face with the smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby. And it was even worse in the actual hotel rooms. They then sent us to the wrong room (smaller room than the one we paid for), once we did get the correct room there was hair in the shower and on the floor in a couple spots. Rotten food, dog hair, and a few other things under the ac unit, sticky residue on the table and leg rest, stains on both different chairs In the room. On top of these things the automatic curtains didnt work, and the room was right next to the pool, the gym, and the houskeeping staff room. We then canceled our almost week long stay, which was a 30 minute process as they needed to confirm the things we were saying was true. Even after this it took 5 days for us to get a confirmation from the hotel that we would get 4 out of our 5 nights of stay refunded."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful in every way. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families with children. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and constant care, especially during the snowstorm. They went above and beyond by bringing bottled water and even snacks for the kids, making sure that my family and I had everything we needed at all times. That level of attention and concern is rare and deeply appreciated.We are incredibly grateful for such a warm, attentive, and professional host. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and family-friendly stay."
