"While the facilities were very nice, we were disappointed by several factors:
1. Over half of the facilities were not open (none of the outdoor pools, swim up bar, water park for kids, none of the restaurants).
2. Massive construction happening everywhere on the grounds and around the property… with all the noise, closed off sections etc. that come with that.
3. Most of the staff spoke exactly zero English even though English is the first language advertised; overall it is not very Anglo-friendly at all.
4. During the second half of our stay, there was a massive influx of guests but the number of staff stayed the same; service took a sharp turn for the worse.
If you’re considering coming here, please do some digging and get as much information about the current conditions before making a purchase; especially if you’re from an English speaking country. "
Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoied this property. The staff been friendly , room spaciouse and clean, all amenities been working and we truly enjoy to use the spa and aquapark . Good choice of menu . Been here with my daugher , really kids friendly . "
"Our room was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, and the sea view was the best part. The staff was friendly, and the food was good, with a nice variety. It is a buffet, so it is not individually prepared, but good nevertheless. "
"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great."
