Over half of the facilities were not open (none of the outdoor pools, swim up bar, water park for kids, none of the restaurants). 2\. Massive construction happening everywhere on the grounds and around the property… with all the noise, closed off sections etc. that come with that. 3\. Most of the staff spoke exactly zero English even though English is the first language advertised; overall it is not very Anglo-friendly at all. 4\. During the second half of our stay, there was a massive influx of guests but the number of staff stayed the same; service took a sharp turn for the worse. If you’re considering coming here, please do some digging and get as much information about the current conditions before making a purchase; especially if you’re from an English speaking country.
