"Very comfortable and convenient hotel to stay as a 3 minute walk to departures at North Terminal. Stayed here previously and quiet with very nice restaurant for dinner. Just a couple of minor issues: had to move rooms ( this was dealt with promptly) from an inside room 711 due to a loud buzzing noise to an outside room 642. The outside facing room was comfortable but there was a bit of external noise from traffic and the train shuttle to SouthTerminal which surprised me as you can't hear planes at all. Also one of the coffee mugs was chipped and should have been removed."

"We stayed here before our flight to Dubai. Good location which also has a shuttle to the airport. Lovely staff. Check in was easy. The room was clean lovely and modern. We will stay here again when we next go away. I highly recommend this hotel! "
