"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

Ideal location for Fairbourne and surrounding area - you need to go to Dolgellau, Barmouth and try the Precipice Walk and Creggannan Lakes which were lovely walks with stunning views. Nice to get some milk and Welsh cakes which were lovely. Cottage was clean and comfortable, only minor negative was limited information about what to do at check out time, local contacts etc. and there wasn’t much in terms of cleaning equipment apart from a broom so couldn’t do...

It is located down a farm track on the farm grounds. Surrounded by fields and views of mountains, it’s just stunning. You have just what you need, a bed, tv, bathroom, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. Take your own food and you won’t have to see a soul. Sadly for us, we had a problem with our vehicle but the lovely owners let us leave it at the farm whilst we got parts for it. The owners are lovely and friendly

We’ve just returned from 4 nights at Tangaer Cottage and couldn’t recommend it more! It was the perfect base for our family of four (children aged 3 and 10) and our dog. The barn is beautiful and has been a pleasure to stay at. The layout works well, from the large open living space upstairs to the two bedrooms downstairs. There is plenty of storage space although for the second bedroom, this is in the hall area. We knew the area well as we had been on several previous occasions, staying in a property on the beach front. However, the ownership changed a few years ago and we have been looking for a suitable alternative and we have certainly found it....
