"Overall the hotel was a bit dated but the seaside location is great. We arrived, staff was kind enough to allow early check-in but unfortunately the boiler was being repaired so no hot water for several hours. Staff offered use of the spa facilities later to make up for it, very nice of them! Lovely ..."

"The fact that there was no on site staff in the hotel.Wanted extra coffee,no one to ring .Had to go into the pub for anything we need.Although the staff were great in there,they were busy serving customer for drinks and food. Didn't manage to get coffee just tea bags"
