"The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return."

"We were moved to a different property- the host said there had been issues with properties. The new apartment was nice but there were guests staying in the property we booked and we weren’t given the choice to stay there. Coffee making facilities were poor - instant sachets and no cafetière or coffee pod machine. "D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? An unexpected delight. Basic clean room but with everything you need (except en-suite) but you know that when you book, although room did have a sink. The stairs might be a problem with the not so able bodied. A nice touch with a little tray of coffee, tea and biscuits. Great location very near sea front and castle. Remarkable breakfast with quality bacon, sausage and good coffee. The hosts, although only saw them at breakfast were very pleasant and attentive.
