"As a visually impaired single person i was a little worried, but i needn’t have been . Staff were courteous and helpful as soon as i walked in. Very pleased with room, plenty of space bright and airy, shower a little small, however ok, good water flow and hot. Breakfast buffet style, excellent choice, felt comfortable being on my own (very important) . Had excellent stay , will be back , thank-you everyone"

"Absolutely stunning house with so much attention to detail. We stayed as a family group of 10 - 8 young adults. Everyone had an amazing week. The house is so well equipped and having the lovely pool and space in the garden was so good. Vicky was really helpful with all communications and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here. The location is great being secluded but so close to beaches and lovely towns."

"So impressed with Guy’s place, nothing negative about our stay whatsoever. Plenty of room for our family, great views, everything you would need for your stay. No33 is a very light and airy house, very quiet during our stay and a great base to explore the area. Lovely beaches close by and excellent food places nearby.Great communication from Guy and our weather was fantastic, we wouldn’t hesitate to return, many thanks"

Stunning, historic holiday apartment

"This is a unique and very special property. Quirky and stylish with plenty of space. We were a group of six and it worked well for us. Each with our own bedroom and personal space. The views out from the front are great. We found most of what we needed on the kitchen and cooked from scratch two out odd the five nights. The knife collection is spectacular if you wanted to dismember a cow but they are all blunt. A few smaller sharp knives would be good! Access is not the best with several steps to the front door and a large staircase up to the main accommodation. Further stairs to the kitchen and dining area. The upper bedrooms are accessed via a narrow and really impressive metal spiral staircase. The views are worth it but it's hard with big bags and would be difficult with a suitcase. Not for everyone, although kids and young adults would love it. There is limited dedicated parking over the road behind removable bollards. We could fit two cars side by side just. There was space for one more but getting them out would be tricky. There's EV charging at the White lion hotel around the corner where you can charge during the day (residents only overnight). Overall It's a great venue. Perfect for large groups, family get togethers etc. Criccieth is well placed for access to Snowdonia. It's ten minute walk to the west beach which is less busy and is just as good. Really enjoyed our time here."

"Minor problem with the Wifi as the plasterer had been in and ripped the old wiring out, Host came down and sorted it out which was great as it was quite late when we arrived. In terms of cleanliness the upstairs was spotless. Downstairs dining room had some mess where the plasterer hadn't tidied up but the Host was very apologetic and sorted it. My only concern would be in the Kitchen the dishwasher needs to be swapped around with the washing machine as you can only open the dishwasher to 45 degrees as the Oven fouls the opening. This makes loading the bottom interesting. Kitchen tap leaks if you open the cold water too much. Would definitely stay again as the area is superb and overall the farmhouse is functional."

"If you're a multi generation family like ourselves, this house is perfect.I stayed there with my 4 children and their partners ,my grandchildren (12 months -6yrs) and my 85yr old Mother plus dogs.The owners ,who are lovely, have thought about absolutely everything.Ground floor bedroom ensuite for Mum.Extremely well equipped and brilliantly planned accommodation. Slide, swing, football nets etc in garden.Dog friendly. Everything about the house ticked boxes. A welcome hamper and a lovely home made cake on arrival.Ask owner Hugh about the house history/renovations ! ( lovely chap)We all loved it and will definitely go back.Thank you for having us."
