    The space

Off the kitchen is the family bathroom with a shower over bath. There is a small utility room with washing machine and mini freezer.

Outside there is a patio, steps lead down to a large grassed area being fully enclosed with a traditional stone wall with timber garden shed. There is a gate at the end of the garden with a rugged footpath leading to a rocky area and over to the beach. The garden is fully enclosed.

We had a lovely week at Manteg. The location was great for the Coastal path right from the doorstep (about 35min to Aberaeron), It was also only 5 mins walk to the bus stop to Aberaeron and New Quay. We enjoyed meals on the patio but were grateful we took camping chairs as those provided weren't in great condition. Also worth noting that the beach access from the garden is via a difficult narrow park followed by climbing over a sea wall made of boulders (about 3m high). There is much easier access to the beach on the other side of the river.
