"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The property was nice and the staff was great. The night before we left we decided to eat at the restaurant. We do a lot of travel and eaten at many hotels. However, this experience was different. The food was on another level. The food was absolutely fantastic. Additionally, our server, Francis (from India) was amazing. One of the best servers we ever had. He should be promoted!!! Overall, great place to stay. "

Excellent location for the airport

"Great location for the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, but sometimes not enough staff at reception. The business centre, however, is still terrible. Only one computer was working and the issue of being able to access airline websites or emails is ongoing and nothing seems to have been done about it over the last few years. Not what one would expect of a Sofitel standard. "
