"We had a great stay at the Hoffman Estates, The rooms were spacious, had a refrigerator and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had only a few issues the bathroom door to Toilet & shower was awkward, would have been nice with nightlight or dimming options and elevators not working well. Overall great experience for all."

"I wanted to let you know that the TV in Room 1212 had a technical issue during my stay on 4/25/26]. There was sound/audio playing, but the screen remained completely black. I tried [restarting/unplugging] it, but the problem persisted."

"Breakfast was better than most. Hot tub was as hot as it should be and hours were longer than other hotels. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk mngr, Lisa. She is a delightful treasure. You expect desk personnel to be helpful & pleasant but Lisa not only went above and beyond but welcomed us back every time we walked in the door."
