Charming, elegant and modern apartment on Via XXV Aprile in the very centre of the beautiful city of Genoa.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with lift; it is well-maintained and comfortable, embellished with beautiful exposed wooden beams that run through the living room, making it truly unique.

The living area is also furnished with a sofa, television and dining table, while the totally independent kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and oven.

The sleeping area consists of two rooms, one with a queen-size bed and another with a single bed. Finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout.



Guests will be provided with amenities such as: Free WiFi connection, washing machine and coffee maker.

In the historic centre is the Romanesque-style Cathedral of San Lorenzo, with a black-and-white striped facade and frescoed interior. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as Piazza de Ferrari, with its distinctive bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.

Unmissable and iconic is the Genoa Aquarium, the largest in Europe. The exhibit shows more than 70 environments and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species, from all the world's seas.
