"The amenities alone are a big win!!! Don't lug your beach chairs, as the hotel allows two complimentary chairs at the beach stand!! Pool, hot tub, breakfast, workout room, arcade, wifi, the list goes on!! The rooms were clean and large!! Loved every min!! "
"Check-in was very easy, effortless even. When we arrived at the Villa, we had no trouble accessing it via the entry code. There were a few problems of note. First, when we opened the dishwasher, we found it was full of black mold. We ran the dishwasher through a cycle and that seemed to solve the problem, but we left the door of the unit partially open to avoid another mold problem. The shower door in the master bath leaked, evidently b/c the seal between the shower door and the rear glass panel was not tight, which required us to wedge a hand towel in between them. Overall, we had a good stay. The HVAC system worked very well. The beds were adequate, though the pillows on the beds were in very, very poor shape, difficult to sleep on b/c they were lumpy and way too soft. But the decor of the villa was wonderful and the amenities were as advertised."
