"Never got offer the breakfast. The a/c in the room kept shutting off every 30 minutes. Went 3 times to thelobby to ask to fix the problem and never got fix. Also I never got pick up from the airport and when I called them they said the shuttle is a minimum of 3 nights. Also I booked room with a balcony and I end up in regular room with no balcony or view with a messed up A/C. The only good thing was the rooftop bar with the best view of the pyramids. Will never recommend this place to stay."

"I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hostel in Cairo! The building is a fully renovated 120-year-old home, and it’s absolutely stunning, full of charm and character. We stayed in a private room with a king-size bed and were wowed by the elegant chandelier that gave the space a special touch. "The cleanliness of all areas is second to none smells of lotus flowers and incense professional hard working friendly staff will bend over backwardsto ensure you have the best stay possible I have never encountered hospitality like this anywhere the property is decorated to the standard of a museum it is a work of art and the oldest property here everything from staff to property is exceptional if I comeback to Egypt I will only stay here it's lovely and has made my stay the absolute best it could have been every hope has been far exceeded you are treated as a member of their family incredible people I will never forget."
