"We had a fabulous stay at Elements of Byron. We stayed three nights from Wednesday onwards and they had only just opened on Monday. There were a few little anomalies with the breakfast service but nothing that you wouldn't expect seeing they had just opened. The staff were lovely, attentive and personable. Our room was delightful, brand new, all the amenities and more and a lovely relaxing spot. Have already recommended it to others and will be back again soon ourselves."

Our feedback for the hotel would be to offer a little bit of value for money, eg. for $600.00/night, it might be nice to include continental breakfast or free wifi. "Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special mention to Hugh, whose charisma, kindness, and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. He is an absolute sweetheart and a real asset to the team. The coffee was fabulous, the amenities were outstanding, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered. From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and cared for. If I could have stayed forever, I would have. I can’t wait to return!"
