There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. "We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of six women and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations, particularly for a Hilton property. Before arrival, we emailed requesting rooms close together, but this was never arranged. While the hotel has some positives—the pool area is beautiful, the poolside beds are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the service issues overshadowed the stay. The most significant problem involved room assignments. Two guests booked Superior Rooms, yet one paid considerably more and received a dramatically smaller room. The difference was obvious and felt unfair. The proposed compensation was half-board, despite our group having dinner reservations elsewhere every evening. This solution was impractical and did not reflect the price difference paid. The hotel later offered six soft drinks to the group, which felt dismissive rather than a meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. Throughout the stay, staff seemed focused on explaining problems rather than fixing them. Both check-in and check-out were unnecessarily stressful, and communication was inconsistent. For example, the coffee service policy changed on the second morning without clear explanation, causing confusion. Ashley was a standout employee who genuinely tried to help, and the young woman in the hotel shop was consistently warm and welcoming. While Ivana was polite, she did not appear empowered to resolve concerns effectively. Management was particular"

"The best experience over many travels around the world ! The level of care, politeness and kindness has no comparison! The managed Johan is absolutely top class manager , Andrea at the Pescatore restaurant the best waitress met and Paolo at the Mediterraneo restaurant just the most friendly and gentle soul ever met ! It feels sofisticate and welcoming, it’s delightful to be there as we have never experienced despite travelling many 5 stars hotel ! Amazing prime staff ! We will definitely come bank Marianne and Alan"

"Fabulous property! The staff go above and beyond, the included breakfast buffet is unbelievable, I mean it is next level amazing! Endless rows of freshly made pastries that look like a work of art, and everything else your heart could desire for breakfast! Plan your day around breakfast, do not miss it. The pool is great. You do need to take a shuttle to the beach, but the beach is pristine, with crystal clear water and loungers with towels are already set up with water also available. We loved having the sea view room, which was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. I’m counting down the days until we can return again. Also, if you are from the US, there is a direct flight from JFK to Olbia."

"It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after we were checked in. Minor points overall, and not for a lack of willingness from the staff, but feels like the process could be smoother. Breakfast was sensational, incredible views and wonderful selection. The gym was fantastic and Paolo (? Maybe not the right name, apologies) was brilliant, helped us with our workouts and was incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend overall!"
