"This place is an absolute gem! My husband and I truly enjoyed this venue for our last few days in Plettenburg Baii! Catering side is patchy though and there are no services in the evening when the staff go home. Lacking in atmosphere and slightly claustrophobic . Prices are high for what is essentially a serviced villa in a remote residential area. No room service in the evening."
