"Parking impossible"
This was a lovely building but the room was the smallest I've ever stayed in. The decor was good and had all the facilities one would expect however too expensive considering the size. The heating was difficult to regulate and uncomfortably hot, add this to the noise from other residents and or staff I cannot say I had a restful sleep or enjoyable stay.

"Nice B&B close to the sea"
It is a bit deceiving to see this hotel with a 5 star rating when in fact it's a B&B and it feels like that. The rooms definitely have EVERYTHING you need which is good. We had a smaller double room which was too small, but okay just for sleeping in. Great proximity to the beach, and lovely walk into town, which was about a mile. The hotel didn't offer anywhere to really sit with friends and have a glass of wine, we were travelling with another couple and since the lounge areas were full of an art sale we couldn't bring in a bottle of wine and sit and chat, which was not ideal. So overall if you are looking for a VERY nice B&B and don't plan to spend too much time in a hotel this is perfect.

On the south English coast, Brighton is a popular beach destination, especially with Londoners as the train ride between the two cities is less than an hour. The seafront has bars, restaurants, nightclub,s and amusement arcades, as well as two old-fashioned piers. Brighton hosts the Brighton Festival each May, which is the UK's second-largest arts festival.
