"This is a fantastic hotel and highly recommend! We stayed here because we had a vollyeball tournament at the Reno convention center. The location is absolutely ideal and only a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The hotel rooms are light, bright and very comfortable and modern. The hotel restaurant and amenties are excellent as well. We will definitely be back and will always choose this hotel."

"We stayed for a volleyball tournament, it was nice to have a lot to do at the resort, so the kids liked it. The room was a little dusty but they did come pick up towels and make the beds every day. Bedding is very bare thin, they can definitely upgrade that. The downside was they knew they had 1000's coming in for a volleyball tournament where everyone has to be at the venue at the same time, so the lines for the Starbucks and the other quick grab were so crazy..,they were not prepared. Finally on the last morning they had a table in the lobby with additional quick breakfast items, but we didn't know and had to go. So they need to plan better for a bigger crowd in the mornings. The Business center was very helpful when my daughter needed to print out some schoolwork. "

"The Nugget Hotel in Reno is a decent hotel, but totally over priced. One night was $331 plus resort fees of $53 resort fees. I was there for a volleyball tournament and there was also a bowling tournament there, I’m sure they hiked the prices to capitalize on the situation."

"Hotel management was not cooperative at all.I had booking of two rooms.I was given rooms on separate floors ( one on fifth floor and second on eight foor. We were family of four , and slept in different floors . I pleaded with hotel staff to give room to us adjacent on same floor and they asked for additional $47.00,which I refused . I also asked for managerFront desk agent that manager . I was. T that he is busy.His behavior was rude. Imagine 4 family members are made to sleep on different floors. I should be be given my money . Declare on your website about mental abuse caused by Harrah.. They will give rooms to gather not togather Thanks- parveen joshi"
