"Unter Shuttlebus zum Festspielhaus wird hier im Gegensatz zu Bayreuth, Verona… der öffentliche Stadtbus gemeint, aber nicht explizit angesprochen. So kam es, dass mindestens acht Personen sehr knapp mit Taxis zur Vorstellung gebracht werden mussten. Die Taxirechnungen wurden aber anstandslos vom Hotel erstattet "

"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"The hotel advertises that it has AC but it didn’t work in either of the rooms we had. It was in the 30’s outside and we were able to open a window and somehow, the room was still very hot to sleep in. That would be my only complaint. The hotel is nice and the bed is very comfortable. "

The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. "Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated."

"Fantastic welcome from friend and very helpful receptionist. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed especially comfortable provided an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast however was a little disappointing annd not very good value especially for vegetarians. While there was a good range of bread, the choice of cereal was limited to sweet things aimed at children and a horrible instant porridge. Could have done better on fruit too. Reasonable convenient for the train station and places to eat...
