As reception has specific hours open, they take care to send us a mail explaining how to access to our house if it was close. Beautiful the road to go to Melfort, one of the best ones in Scotland. . "Why is it every time we visit Oban, there's a violent storm? We'd booked for two nights but on our day of travel Mathew phoned to advise all the roads were either flooded or blocked with landslips. We agreed to try travelling the following day, which we did - it was eventful and with many detours but got there. "One night stop over - staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has lots of character with main areas and rooms. Rooms and bathroom were a great size and with everything you need in. View out on to the harbour and little area outside were really lovely. Lovely walk down the promenade to the centre "

"Iain and his family have a beautiful property just outside of Oban. We enjoyed exploring Oban, but really enjoyed hanging out on the property in the sunshine. The cottage was perfect for our family. "

"Mull is a beautiful island and this hotel the best 👌 We visit Mull for the peace and tranquility with wildlife exploration and it never disappoints. The breakfasts are brilliant and the staff really friendly."

"Such a disappointment, the room was small and old fashioned. Very little space for two people, and damp in the atmosphere. Towels never dried and had to shower and air dry as gettibg dried with a cold damp towel was no fun. Check in security was pior, anyon can just walk in and pick up keys to a room , no staff around and when you rang the numbers for contact there was no answer from all three!"

"Floors squeaked with every step. WiFi was only pay for city service. Kitchen floor had buckle d vinyl. Dishwasher would not open fully due to baseboard. No instructions for parking or equipment in flat, such as washer, Tzv, available overnight"
